Last updated at November 13th, 2020Had the same problem. I was stuck at the "requesting login" part after I initially booted up the game. I decided to create an account via ESO's website then linked my Steam account thru it. Then when I started the game and tried logging in for the first time, I got stuck with the "request login" part.

Unfortunately, when I try to log into my account, it says "Requesting Login..." and then after 1-2 minutes, it says "Login timeout" as if it couldn't contact the login server.
