I can't log in to the website, It just says it can't log me in and asks if I've forgotten my password, no I haven't, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and went to go reset my password, I get to the link, enter in my new password, and it tells me that there was an error, and to retry later on.

I’m honestly considering just cancelling my subscription. I pay 80 bucks a year to watch funimation and to not even get a response out of anyone is insane. I’m paying you, not the other way around. The least you could do is to reply to the email and at least act like you care.

Once I did that I could log on. I was logging on for the sole reason to cancel my account because their mobile and PS4 apps are broken, and I won't pay for this garbage. But now I can't even cancel my account because the button to do so doesn't go anywhere. Fantastic way to run your business, Funimation.

@dragonmage27 Ugh @FUNimation is so useless. The app is broken, can't chromecast, can barely open the video. I'm trying to pay money to watch TGCF officially and it doesn't want to work. Couldn't you just let YT have the license. Can't even update the listed language properly to Chinese 😡
